This pilot is due to take place from March to July 2010. Throughout this period, the Bristol Partnership will require that participants register with the site. Participants will be required to provide username and email, and are asked to give (not mandatory) an indication of age range, plus their postcode. The username will be made public along with the comments made. Please consider this when choosing a username. This information is collected in order to provide aggregate information related to what types of individuals and groups are participating.

Data is collected anonymously for the purposes of analysing visitor traffic; however, none of this data can be associated with your individual user identity within the dialogue. Bristol Partnership will only collect and report data which will assist them with developing future roll-out of the project.

Participants are reminded that the dialogue is a public forum. Participants should therefore not post personally identifiable information such as telephone numbers, etc. on this web site.

None of the individual information will be passed onto any third party.
