I'd like to suggest secure lockers in Cabot Circus.  So that when people are piled high with shopping bags, they can book their shopping bags into a secure locker and continue shopping with their hands free. Then go back later in the day to collect their shopping.

There would need to be security/reception officer to book in and out - and also to give added security/check out bags.

it would encourage people to stay shopping and spending more in Cabot Circus!  People often get weighed down with shopping, so head home early.
