keeping pavements clean

There are a number of public pavements that are currently being fouled, on a regular basis, by pigeons inhabiting the trees by night. This tends to occur adjacent to street lighting.

My idea is to install, pigeon unfriendly devices, such as spikes on the tree branches, adjacent to street lighting locations.

Why the contribution is important

It is important to keep the public realm in good shape, ie clean and presentable
