Improved Cycling facilities

More bike racks at clifton down shopping centre, and across the ward (possibly like the vertical bike racks at southmead hospital to save space?).Also, there is a need for more cycle paths on roads, particularly one from the top of blackboy hill to the city centre. At the moment there are bits of cycle track (eg by the bbc) but i feel we need something more continous if they are going to be any use.
Why the contribution is important
There has been a large in increase in the number of people cycling in the ward. The bike racks at Clifton Down are nearly always full, and this will become more of a problem as more people cycle as the cycling city money is spent on improving facilities across Bristol.I am not aware of any money as yet being spent to improve facilities in this ward,so this would be good use for this money.
