Handrails in Totterdown streets

Some of the worst slopes in the country, Vale St, Upper St, Park St, etc need handrails at least. Steps would be even better!
Why the contribution is important
Save broken ankles in Totterdown- save lost working days in winter due to people not being able to leave their homes.

I absolutely agree with this idea; also as a disabled person this would be of so much benefit to me, as I find walking up/ down hill really hard. I think this would make Bristol more accessible for people with mobility impairments and a safer walk for everyone!!
