Disabled parking spaces

Listening Partnership is a group of young disabled people and we feel there are not enough parking spaces for blue badge holders around Bristol and particularly in this area. Furthermore, spaces that are there, are frequently being used by non disabled people which disadvantages disabled people. Therefore, we call for more spaces and stricter monitoring on existing spaces.
Why the contribution is important
People with impairments want to be able to enjoy Bristol as much as everyone else, but can be hindered by inadequate parking spaces. If there were more spaces then everyone would get equal opportunities to get out and about in Bristol and be able to explore the many places of interest within this area.

I too have this problem and would benefit from more disabled spaces!
