Self service bike rental for tourists and commuters with collection and drop off points city-wide. Similar to those in Barcelona.

Reduce car traffic and pollution. Encourgae people to be more active. Allows people to travel one way by bike.

Hour Bike was set up in Bristol last year, however I understand that it hasn't had the use that people were hoping. Not sure of the reasons.
